It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to Walkaway Primary School. Our fabulous school has a country feel, small classes with big expectations for our students learning, behaviour and engagement. Together with staff & families, our students are supported and challenged as they make their way through primary school to prepare them for their futures.

The Walkaway community has a strong sense of identity, and we are very proud of the achievements of our students.  This is encouraged in the students as they embrace the values of the Walkaway Way – Responsible, Respect, Achieve and Co-operate. Our student ambassadors lead the way in a variety of whole school activities that build the culture of Walkaway Primary School.

I am passionate about rural education and enabling students to achieve through a range of diverse opportunities.  Our school has a dedicated and experience team of teachers and allied professionals working towards great outcomes for our students and families of Walkaway.
